Of all dragons, sapphire dragons are the most powerful, apart from their greatest enemies, the ruby dragons. Their queen is the ruler of the draconic realms.
As with most other dragons, sapphire dragons mostly stay in Draconia, but when they appear on Earth, they are almost always in forested areas.
